1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Funscript.me ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the Platform.
2. User Accounts
You must create an account to access certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use this Platform.
3. Creator Obligations
Creators warrant that all uploaded content is original or properly licensed. Creators are responsible for the accuracy of their listings and must not upload infringing, illegal, or harmful content.
4. Purchases & Subscriptions
All purchases are final unless otherwise stated. Subscription billing occurs on a recurring basis. You may cancel at any time, but no partial refunds will be issued for the current billing period.
5. Intellectual Property
Scripts and associated content remain the intellectual property of their respective creators. Purchasing a script grants you a personal, non-transferable license to use it.
6. Prohibited Conduct
You may not redistribute purchased scripts, circumvent DRM protections, scrape platform data, impersonate other users, or engage in any activity that disrupts the Platform.
7. Platform Commission
The Platform retains a commission on all transactions. Current rates are displayed in the Creator dashboard. Rates may change with 30 days notice.
8. Limitation of Liability
The Platform is provided "as is." We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, without prior notice.
